1. Services Provided
1014 Designs offers creative services including, but not limited to: ✦ Hand-drawn logo design ✦ Graphic design ✦ Website design ✦ Monthly design and website support subscriptions
By using our services, you agree to all terms outlined here.
2. Payment Terms
All service payments are due on the same calendar day each month based on your start date. You get a 3-day grace period to make your payment without penalty. After that, a $5 per day late fee is applied until payment is received in full. Each invoice will list the agreed-upon services and costs clearly.
3. Subscription Services
Subscription services are billed monthly. ✦ You can cancel at any time—no penalties. ✦ No refunds will be issued for payments already made.
For website design clients on a payment plan, monthly billing continues until the full design cost is paid off. After that, you may choose to continue with our Website Upkeep Plan for $100/month.
4. Refund Policy
All payments made to 1014 Designs are non-refundable. Custom design work takes time and dedication from the jump. By hiring us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
5. Late Payments and Fees
Payments are considered late after the 3-day grace period. A $5/day late fee will be charged for every day payment is overdue. Unpaid invoices may result in a pause or cancellation of your services. You are responsible for making sure your payment is on time.
6. Printing and Shipping Costs
Printing and shipping costs are not included in our service pricing. Need printed materials? We can coordinate with trusted vendors. These costs are billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All creative work remains the property of 1014 Designs until payment is made in full. Once paid: ✦ You own a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the designs. ✦ We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing (unless you request otherwise in writing).
8. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: ✦ Provide accurate, complete info in a timely manner ✦ Respond quickly with feedback when asked ✦ Review all materials and share any needed changes
Delays on your end may affect your timeline and delivery.
9. Modification of Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post them here and notify you using the contact info you provided. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
1014 Designs is not liable for any direct, indirect, or special damages related to: ✦ Loss of income or profits ✦ Downtime ✦ Security breaches ✦ Service delays ✦ Data loss ✦ Or other unexpected issues

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia. Any legal matters must be resolved in the courts located in Falls Church, VA.
